An egalitarian society has always been Nagarigari Preethams Goal. His dream is to consistently persist and strive towards
creating a society without poverty and Opportunities divided equally to all, abolish untouchability and realizing the
vision of prosperous and happy india.Mr Preetham draws his inspiration from Dr BR Ambedkar who dream of society with
Nagarigari Preetham was born in Mothkur Village of Nalgonda district, Presently in Yadadri District.His father was a Private
employee and his mother was a Medical and Health department employee.Mr Preetham done his schooling in sacred heart high
school, Mothkur till class 3rd . To ensure quality education, his family migrated to Hyderabad and he completed his schooling
from St Josephs high school. He joined Diploma in mechanical engineering in VMR Polytechnic, Warangal and started his student
politics activism. Becaue of his active participation in agitations,he got transferred to GMR Polytechnic, Gajwel.
He got elected as college NSUI president Unanomously. He fighted for quality of food in hostels.He completed his
MA Political Science and presently Pursuing LLB from Indraprastha Law college, Delhi
Entry into politics
In the year 2003, his attention draw towards closure of gate of Polytechnic college situated exactly opposite to his house
which was opened by the hands of Jawaharlal Nehru. As a student leader, he took main part agitating about the issue.
In the year 2005, NSUI Chief of Andhra Pradesh Azmathulla Hussaini promoted him into State committee as Convenor.
In the year 2007, The National president of NSUI Nadeem Javed promoted him as National Convenor. He served in states like Jharkhand,
Chattisgadh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Orissa, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana in different protfolios. He is also aspirant for MLA of
Tungaturthy Assembly constituency (SC Reserved) in the year 2014 and in future elections also
Currently, Nagarigari Preetham is the Vice Chairman for Scheduled Castes department of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee.
